گزشتہ تقریباً 28 سالوں سے یہ جامعہ حضرت مولانا عنایت الرحمٰن صاحب (دامت برکاتہم) کی زیرِ سرپرستی و نگرانی ایبٹ آباد میں قرآن و سنت کے علوم کی ترویج و اشاعت میں مصروفِ عمل ہے۔ جامعہ کی بنیاد 1998ء میں رکھی گئی۔ تب سے لے کر اب تک سینکڑوں طالبات جامعہ سے دینی تعلیم و تربیت سے آراستہ ہو کر فارغ التحصیل ہو چکی ہیں۔

وفاق المدارس العربیہ کے نصاب کے مطابق، جامعہ درجہ اولیٰ سے لے کر دورہ حدیث تک کا تعلیمی نظام فراہم کرتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، خواتین کے لیے شام کے وقت مکتب اور قرآن پاک کے ترجمہ و تفسیر کی کلاسز کا بہترین انتظام موجود ہے۔
